Social Media in Saudi Arbia

I have a question regarding social media. I was thinking about Twitter and how professional PR people or just the general public use them as a social network here in the U.S. In Saudi Arbia,I feel like social media is limited. People use Facebook and some use MySapce but that started four or five years ago. It hasn't been that long. I have an internship this summer at a Saudi company and I was wondering how would I be able to start social networking between the people and company? or between the companies themselves and help them use those tools. I can use some help. Thank you
